Hey guys! So, a couple of days ago, I went into Bosham with my dear mum and we went around the small seaside town and had lunch. Evie’s Story

Hey guys! So today, I’m coming at you with something a little bit different. Recently, I came in contact with a gorgeous girl aged 11 who is fighting Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, or Hodgkin’s disease, which is a type of blood cancer. She was diagnosed at only 8 years old, and has been in remission for 8 months now. The Best Garlic Bread

First, you will need 1 small baguette, butter, garlic and parsley Preheat oven to 180oC, you can use the same oven heat as if you’re cooking pizza or a main, like I did as well. Slice the bread into reasonably sized pieces; you can cut the bread however you want, I prefer diagonally.  Mix 1 clove of garlic (less or more depending on how garlic-y you like things!) 4-5 stems of finely chopped parsley and 2-and-a-half tablespoons of butter.
